Taming the Battlemage: 63 Tokens/Sec Sustained on Qwen 3.6 with Intel SYCL
A guide to maximizing local LLM performance on Intel Arc GPUs using the SYCL backend, context checkpoints, and bare-metal Docker optimizations.
A couple of projects i've selected to showcase my experience
A custom-built internal platform designed to replace expensive subscription software. Built with type-safty all the way using TRPC, it interfaces directly with physical hardware (label printers) and manages asset tracking for the lab's robotics and engineering teams.
A high-traffic student employment hub deployed on Azure Container Apps. Built with Next.js and TypeScript, it utilizes a custom Go (Golang) scraper to reverse-engineer and aggregate listings from third-party APIs. The platform scaled to 10,000+ visits in its first week.
The 2nd place winner of Atlassian’s Unihack 2025 (out of 750+ participants). A hybrid physical-digital poker game connecting NFC-enabled Arduinos to a real-time web interface via WebSockets. The system integrates Rust and Spring Boot, featuring accessibility tools powered by Azure Speech Recognition.
A production-grade private cloud environment running Kubernetes on Talos Linux and Proxmox. Engineered with Cilium BGP for advanced networking and Argo CD for GitOps workflows, this cluster features high-availability storage, GPU passthrough for compute, and automated TLS ingress via Cloudflare.
